Abstract: Is factual that education is a main means for the development of any country. In this research i propose to focus on the National Education System of Cuba with the National Education System in force in Mozambique, focusing on the impact of the cooperation that these two countries have. There are several aspects addressed in this work because the way the education system is structured in a particular country is different for another. However, there are some similarities between the education systems of the countries in question as we see their functioning, their organization and their educational laws. Through the use of applied qualitative methodology that aims to generate knowledge for practical application aimed at solving specific problems of local interest and also due to the complexity of the subject and data sources, a descriptive research was carried out, involving bibliographic and documentary survey and interviews, which fundamentally allowed to conclude that there are common traits between the National Education System of Cuba and that of Mozambique; it is noted that there are several aspects in common, which leads to the idea that Mozambique did not imitate the Cuban system and that bilateral cooperation between the two countries has brought significant and very beneficial results in the area of teacher training and adult education for Mozambique, especially since it has a low quality education system
